CVE-2026-42530: NGINX Open-Source ngx_http_v3_module vulnerability

NGINX Open Source has a vulnerability in the ngx_http_v3_module module. When NGINX Open Source is configured to use the HTTP/3 QUIC module, a remote unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond their control can use a specially crafted HTTP/3 session to reopen a QPACK encoder stream. This may cause a Use-after-Free in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

CVE-2026-42533: NGINX Map directive and Regex matching vulnerability

A vulnerability exists in NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source when a map directive uses regex matching and a string expression references the map's regex capture variables before referencing the map output variable. Alternatively, the same result could be achieved by using a non-cacheable variable in a string expression under certain conditions. An unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond their control can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests. This may cause a heap buffer overflow in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR. Impact: This vulnerability may allow remote attackers to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) on the NGINX system or to possibly trigger a code execution. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only.  Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

CVE-2026-53633: Vitest: Exposed Browser Mode API Can Proxy CDP and Overwrite Config Files, Leading to RCE

Vitest is a testing framework powered by Vite. From 3.0.0 until 3.2.5, 4.1.8, and 5.0.0-beta.4, Vitest Browser Mode exposed a cdp() API that forwarded raw Chrome DevTools Protocol methods without being gated by allowWrite or allowExec, allowing a remote client with exposed browser API metadata to use CDP Page.setDownloadBehavior and Runtime.evaluate to overwrite vite.config.ts and execute attacker-controlled Node.js code. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.5, 4.1.8, and 5.0.0-beta.

CVE-2025-41115: Incorrect privilege assignment

SCIM provisioning was introduced in Grafana Enterprise and Grafana Cloud in April to improve how organizations manage users and teams in Grafana by introducing automated user lifecycle management. In Grafana versions 12.x where SCIM provisioning is enabled and configured, a vulnerability in user identity handling allows a malicious or compromised SCIM client to provision a user with a numeric externalId, which in turn could allow to override internal user IDs and lead to impersonation or privilege escalation. This vulnerability applies only if all of the following conditions are met: - `enableSCIM` feature flag set to true - `user_sync_enabled` config option in the `[auth.scim]` block set to true

CVE-2025-41118: Sensitive COS `SecretKey` exposed in plaintext via configuration API due to missing type protection

Pyroscope is an open-source continuous profiling database. The database supports various storage backends, including Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS). If the database is configured to use Tencent COS as the storage backend, an attacker could extract the secret_key configuration value from the Pyroscope API. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker needs direct access to the Pyroscope API. We highly recommend limiting the public internet exposure of all our databases, such that they are only accessible by trusted users or internal systems. This vulnerability is fixed in versions: 1.15.x: 1.15.2 and above. 1.16.x: 1.16.1 and above. 1.17.x: 1.17.0 and above (i.e. all versions). An issue in DokuWiki 2025-05-14b "Librarian" 56.2 allows a remote attacker to create an account via the register function in inc/auth.php. NOTE: this is disputed by the Supplier because this is the intentional behavior when the product is configured for self-registration (a non-default feature). The supplier also notes that there is no configuration migration scenario that would result in the self-registration being enabled without the administrators knowledge.

CVE-2026-46421: Supply chain compromise via malicious package versions (@cap-js/sqlite, @cap-js/postgres, @cap-js/db-service)

The SAP Cloud Application Programming Model is a tool for building enterprise-grade cloud applications, and cap-js/cds-dbs is the monorepo for SQL database services for that tool. On April 29, 2026, compromised versions of `@cap-js/sqlite@2.2.2`, `@cap-js/postgres@2.2.2`, and `@cap-js/db-service@2.10.1` were published. The malicious packages harvested credentials and attempted self-propagation. If a compromised version was installed, all credentials accessible on that machine (npm tokens, cloud provider credentials, SSH keys, GitHub PATs) should be considered compromised. User should upgrade to `@cap-js/sqlite` >= 2.4.0, `@cap-js/postgres` >= 2.3.0, `@cap-js/db-service` >= 2.11.0. If a compromised version was ever installed, rotate all affected credentials. No known workarounds are available.

CVE-2026-15747: Mojolicious versions from 4.59 before 9.48 for Perl expose a stable representation of the session CSRF token to a BREACH compression oracle

Mojolicious versions from 4.59 before 9.48 for Perl expose a stable representation of the session CSRF token to a BREACH compression oracle. _csrf_token generates and caches one token per session and returns the same value on every call, and _csrf_field places that value in a hidden `csrf_token` input. When a response carrying the token also echoes attacker-controlled input and is gzip-compressed, the chosen values and the resulting compressed lengths form a BREACH oracle. An attacker able to query it can recover the token and pass csrf_protect validation.

CVE-2026-61740: LightRAG: Authentication bypass: hardcoded DEFAULT_TOKEN_SECRET and public /auth-status defeat LIGHTRAG_API_KEY protection

LightRAG provides simple and fast retrieval-augmented generation. Prior to 1.5.4, when LightRAG is deployed with LIGHTRAG_API_KEY set but AUTH_ACCOUNTS unset, X-API-Key protection can be bypassed because lightrag/api/auth.py falls back to a hardcoded DEFAULT_TOKEN_SECRET, /auth-status and /login can mint guest JWTs, and combined_dependency in lightrag/api/utils_api.py accepts a valid guest token before checking the API key. A remote unauthenticated attacker can call endpoints guarded by combined_auth, including document read, upload, deletion, graph mutation, and query endpoints. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.4.
