Security readout for executives and security teams
CVE-2025-55182 is a critical pre-authentication remote code execution issue in React Server Components. Applications using affected 19.x React Server DOM packages may allow an unauthenticated attacker to reach Server Function endpoints and trigger unsafe deserialization from HTTP request data. Internet-facing React applications are most exposed if they use React Server Components with Server Function endpoints and depend on react-server-dom-webpack, react-server-dom-turbopack, or react-server-dom-parcel in the affected 19.x versions. Exposure is especially plausible where unauthenticated HTTP requests can reach those endpoints. Treat as an emergency remediation item for any internet-facing React Server Components application. The vulnerability is critical, unauthenticated, network exploitable, and reported as exploited by at least one bundled source URL, even though the bundle does not mark it as KEV-confirmed. Mitigation focus: Inventory applications for React Server Components usage and dependencies on react-server-dom-webpack, react-server-dom-turbopack, or react-server-dom-parcel.; Check the Meta/Facebook and React advisories in the source list for authoritative fixed versions or vendor workarounds, because the bundle does not provide patch-version evidence.; Prioritize upgrading or replacing affected packages once vendor-confirmed fixed versions are identified..

Conservative CVE-to-ATT&CK context
These mappings and lookup hints may be relevant to the vulnerability behavior, CWE, affected product, or exposure path. Glexia-inferred context is not an official MITRE, ATT&CK, CWE, or CVE Program mapping.

Use these exact CWE pages and searches to review the Glexia ATT&CK library from this CVE's weakness and description context.
CWE-502: Code execution behavior lookup
Code execution and unsafe deserialization weaknesses often justify reviewing execution behavior and process telemetry. Open the exact CWE lookup page first, then review the ATT&CK searches from that MITRE weakness context. This is a Glexia lookup hint, not an official ATT&CK mapping.
Open ATT&CK lookupExecution behavior lookup
The CVE wording references code or command execution, so execution technique review may help defensive triage. This is a Glexia inferred lookup path, not an official MITRE, ATT&CK, or CVE Program mapping.

Deserialization of Untrusted Data
Deserialization of Untrusted Data represents a recurring weakness pattern that can create exploitable paths when design, validation, or implementation controls are missing.
