Researcher notes

Public details identify the affected product, versions, component, access vector, and impact, but do not provide a CWE, root cause, or exploit details. Treat validation as configuration and patch-status confirmation, not exploit reproduction.

Mitigation direction

  • Review Oracle October 2021 Critical Patch Update guidance for applicable E-Business Suite fixes.
  • Patch affected Deal Management versions according to Oracle guidance.
  • Restrict HTTP access to E-Business Suite from untrusted networks.
