Security readout for executives and security teams

CVE-2017-3304 is a legacy Oracle MySQL Cluster issue. A low-privileged network user could change some cluster-accessible data or partially disrupt cluster availability. It does not claim data theft, but unauthorized data modification can still affect business integrity. Exposure is most likely in environments still running affected MySQL Cluster branches, especially where cluster services are reachable by low-privileged users over the network. Standard MySQL Server deployments are not identified as affected in the provided bundle. Treat as a moderate priority for any remaining legacy MySQL Cluster estate. Prioritize remediation where clusters support business-critical workflows or where many low-privileged users have network reachability. Mitigation focus: Identify all Oracle MySQL Cluster deployments and versions.; Apply Oracle April 2017 CPU guidance or supported non-affected releases.; Restrict network access to MySQL Cluster services..
