Security readout for executives and security teams

Oracle Retail Invoice Matching 12.0 and 13.0 have a network-reachable issue over HTTP. An unauthenticated attacker could compromise sensitive invoice-matching data if another person interacts with the attack. The reported impact includes broad data access, limited data modification, and partial service disruption. Exposure is most likely where Oracle Retail Invoice Matching 12.0 or 13.0 is reachable over HTTP, especially from untrusted networks or users who can be induced to interact with application content. Treat as high priority for retail environments still running affected legacy versions. The business risk is unauthorized access to critical invoice data and some ability to change or disrupt the application. Mitigation focus: Identify whether Oracle Retail Invoice Matching 12.0 or 13.0 is deployed.; Review Oracle's April 2017 Critical Patch Update guidance for this product.; Apply Oracle-supported fixes or upgrade guidance where applicable..
