A very old flaw in the IMP webmail application (version 2.2 and earlier) let attackers read or delete files on the mail server by tampering with a hidden field in the message form. Because most organizations moved off these ancient IMP releases decades ago, business impact today is minimal, but any legacy system still running it would be at serious risk.
